FDMLIVE enables the user to conduct bespoke searches via a number of criteria:

Results are clearly presented in tables, with the ability to drill into each site for the detail. Results can be exported in excel ready for further direct marketing activities.

How does FDMLIVE differ from our own in-house CRM system?

Firstly, this is not a CRM system. FDMLIVE offers the one key thing that CRM can’t –‘live’ access to continually updated data. The contact information in the system is powered by Findlay’s continual research of the market, thus limiting inaccurate data records.

Who is it for?

FDMLIVE is aimed at businesses where multi-site locations require access to the same data set (or subset’s of). Customers range from businesses with multiple UK sites, to those with a chain of product resellers, or those with a number of area sales territories. FDMLIVE provides a solution to any application where there is a requirement to provide a group of users access to our live data, whilst maintaining control over their access privileges.

Enhanced Customer Data

Reference selling is widely recognised as a key sales tool to capture new business. FDMLIVE’s customer function delivers enhanced customer records in a format readily available to search by multiple criteria. Working in partnership with clients, we provide areas within the online system to store key product sales information. Sales areas, market sectors, VAR access criteria are defined to ensure only the intended viewer sees the data they are permitted too.

Prospecting data tool

Designed to deliver access to key contacts via SIC, location, company name. Whether the output is for market analysis, sales territory planning or immediate access to prospective sales leads, FDMLIVE provides the tools to conduct positive data mining in its simplest form. Our prospecting data is renowned for driving new business sales leads with exceptional return.

Security

An important issue for both your data and ours. Security is integral to FDMLIVE, which is why each system is built bespoke. Access commands are designed into the system with only nominated gatekeepers having the authority to change/upload data.

User privileges are set so to levels of access via the login email and password. User activity can be monitoring and reported back if desired.
