25 years. It currently covers over 29,000 UK manufacturing-related sites - what
they make and how they make it, alongside detailed family trees of key technical
departments and 180,000 named personnel within them.
The continuing investment in compiling and maintaining this data makes it one of
the most comprehensive audits of the UK manufacturing companies. In addition to

Site data
Using any combination of criteria to isolate the right sites and contacts for your
purposes, even the most exacting specification can be satisfied. The detail we hold
at each site includes:

- SIC Code information (UK2007, UK1980, US1992)
- Establishment type (manufacturing, design, R&D, warehousing/distribution)

Departmental data
We start by researching the type, size and name of departments at each site. Within
these departments we identify the functions undertaken, such as engineering design,
R&D, assembly, component manufacture, maintenance, purchasing, IT etc. By understanding
how every site is organized, we can select sites by their capacity rather than simply
by their size.
